1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AIR-GO Remote NFC application and services provided by FAGOCO LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AIR-GO Remote NFC is a premium software service that provides access to advanced NFC architecture, including Host Card Emulation (HCE) protocols and remote data relay capabilities. Access is granted through time-limited activation PINs.

3. License and Access

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AIR-GO Remote NFC service for the duration specified by your subscription plan. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any third party.

• Premium Access PIN is for single-user use only
• Access period begins upon first activation of the PIN
• Unused PINs do not expire until activated
• Each PIN is valid for 30 days from activation

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AIR-GO Remote NFC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, distribute, or resell access credentials
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to infringe upon the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AIR-GO Remote NFC, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of FAGOCO LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAGOCO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
